This week the challenge being thrown down over at the spot is a color challenge! Y’all these are some of my favorites! One of the things I really liked about this color combination is how the Costal Cabana is a POP of color. It’s unexpected and wonderful!

Let’s dive into how I made this card.

Details for today’s card

This is a standard A2 card. I used the Basic White Thick cardstock as my base. Using 1/8″ less increments I added 3 layers to the front of this card. I really prefer 1/8″ to a full quarter less on my layers. The pattern paper is from the Expressions in Ink suite.  This paper is really beautiful! One side is gold foiled and all the papers have an alcohol ink look to them. I love the Hello from the Garden Birdhouse stamps set and the “so glad you’re here” is from that same set. I finished my card with sequins from the Artistry Blooms sequins in Coastal Cabana.
